Day 1 Chiang Mai - Chiang Dao - Prao (L, D)
Am Pick up from the airport or hotel in Chiang Mai, travel by truck (station wagon or 2-row local bus) to Chiang Dao Young Elephant Training Center for the elephant show. Then travel to visit Chiang Dao Cave. Lunch. Caving to see beautiful stalactite and stalagmite. Continue traveling to buy something to cook for dinner at the market, and proceed to Prao. Trekking for about 3-4 hrs. to Palong village. Wander to visit villagers and observe their way of living, while our guide prepares dinner. Overnight homestay in Palong Village.
Day 2 Prao - Tha Pae - Pai (B, L, D)
Am After breakfast, take an elephant riding (1 hr.) out of the village and meet our driver. Then take a local truck to Tha Pae, and enjoy bamboo rafting for about 1 hour. After that travel by truck to Pai. Lunch at the food shop on the way. Overnight at Baan Krating.or the same grade resort
Day 3 Pai - Whitewater Rafting - Camping Site (B, L, D)
Am After breakfast, transfer by a local truck to the rafting pier. Captain will make a whitewater briefing (grade 3-4). Enjoy rafting on the picturesque of the Kong River with many rapids on the way. Admire a real natural sight of the water flowing down from limestone cliff to the river. Sometime you will be surprised by gibbon, birds and other wild animals in their wild natural environment. It takes about 3-4 hrs. rafting to reach the camping site. After rafting trip, if you still have enough energy, you could trek to see cave and waterfalls before coming back to have dinner about 18.30 hrs. Spend a magic night in the simple but warm and comfortable jungle camp.
Day 4 Camping Site - Whitewater Rafting - Mae Hong Son (B, L, D)
Am Continue rafting (grade 3-4) on the picturesque of the Khong River. Breath taking at the hot spring area and enjoy covering your body with mud. The raft trip will end after 4 hours rafting trip on the day time at Ban Pang Moo. Then transfer to Mea Hong Son. Check into Mon Sai Mok Resort or the same grade resort for overnight
Day 5 Mae Hong Son - Long Neck Karen - Chiang Mai (B, L)
Am After breakfast at the hotel, travel by van to visit the Long-Neck Karen. Then visit some interesting temple, such as Wat Jong Kham & Wat Jong Klang before transferring to the airport for flight return to Chiang Mai. End of service.
