Normally, the booking shall be confirmed within 24 working hours in low season (April to Oct), 48 hours in high season (from Oct to Mar). Standard Terms and Conditions of the travel contract shall be sent to you at the time of booking confirmed. Deposit shall be required to secure the booking. Then, you will receive a voucher by email or visa fax containing all details about the tour.
Making sure your international flights to and from our destinations are booked and secured, your visa, personal and travel insurance are obtained. You will receive an email from us to require Settlement of Outstanding Balance at a specific due date. After making last payment, your trip will be absolutely secured with us. |
